DIVE INTO THE STAND UP PADDLE WORLD
STAND UP PADDLE BOARDING (SUP) IS BOTH A FUN ACTIVITY IN WATER AND A COMPLETE WORKOUT.
Beginners, intermediate and advanced classes.
Adults and children are welcome.
The equipment will be provided.
Bring sunscreen and bathing suit.
There is a dressing room, a fridge and showers.
OUR CLASSES
SUP LEVEL 1 - 60 min
This course is open to all levels and we provide a short safety training for a relaxed experience on the lake.
Timetable Level 1:
10 min - Introduction to the materials & technique on the ground.
5 min - Introduction of weather conditions on the ground.
15 min - Safety and technique in water.
20 min - paddle tour.
10 min - going back to the ground.

SUP LEVEL 2 - 2 HOURS
Do you hear your board calling you back? Do you see yourself paddling everytime you close your eyes? These are the first symptoms of the paddle bug! To bring your Paddle Boarding experience to the next level, we offer you the intermediate course.
Timetable Level 2:
5 min - Welcoming and introduction to weather conditions.
10 min - Review of the techniquer and warming up.
60 min - Paddle tour.
15 min - Going back to ground.

SUP LEVEL 3 - 3 HOURS
Paddle Boarding has many facets: from river exploration to speed competitions and inclined paths. To test the diverse conditions you can experience on your board, choose the adventure on the canal between Ponte Tresa (CH) and Luino (CH).
Timetable of Level 3:
20 min - Welcoming and preparation of material
10 min - Presentation of the itinerary.
30 min - Reaching the starting point.
90 min - Paddle tour.
30 min - Going back to ground.
